The job
A sawmill makes plenty of fuel: bark, sawdust and offcuts. Lebel now heats its buildings with it.
We built a 10 million BTU system for that waste. Our chain grate stoker handles wet, dirty and mixed fuel without jamming, which is what sawmill waste is.

Built in our shop
The firebox, stoker and controls were built and wired in Headingley before the system went on the truck.
The controls come with remote monitoring, so we can see how it runs from our shop.
Install
On site, the units were rigged into the mill building and set in place.

Set in place inside the mill.
“We have a lot of wood waste. Now it heats our buildings instead of sitting in a pile.”

What comes next
The system is new for the 2026 heating season. We’ll add the numbers once it has run a full winter.

Tell us what you heat and what you burn now. We’ll size a system and work out what you’d save.
