Furnaces Assembly

Achieving maximum fuel-to-BTU efficiency requires a precisely engineered burn chamber. After years of research, SCW has developed a durable, high-performance solution proven in tough conditions. With over 150 systems installed, we’ve perfected every detail to deliver lasting quality and top-tier efficiency.

Chain Link Burn Bed

To optimize the chain link burn bed, we tested various materials, including cast and laser-cut links, which failed after brief use due to seizing. This led us to design a custom chain link, cut from special steel bars and CNC machined for consistent precision.

Flame in Chain Bed

Our burn chamber is built for efficiency, featuring 12-inches of insulation, a further unique 6-inches refractory layer plus 6-inches of fiberboard insulation. This advanced design keeps heat completely contained, so even the temperature reaches around 1000degrees Fahrenheit inside, the exterior remains cool to the touch.
