This 15M BTU BioGrainDryer design simply hooks up to an existing dryer with an air duct that directs the heat to the grains. The BioGrainDryer unit is fed with crop residue and wood waste via an automatic hopper and auger system.

Chain Link Burn Bed

To optimize the chain link burn bed, we tested various materials, including cast and laser-cut links, which failed after brief use due to seizing. This led us to design a custom chain link, cut from special steel bars and CNC machined for consistent precision.

Flame in Chain Bed

Our burn chamber is built for efficiency, featuring 12-inches of insulation, a further unique 6-inches refractory layer plus 6-inches of fiberboard insulation. This advanced design keeps heat completely contained, so even the temperature reaches around 1000degrees Fahrenheit inside, the exterior remains cool to the touch.
