How a job goes

From your fuel bill to heat

Most systems arrive 1 to 3 months after the order, depending on size. Here's what happens along the way.

1

Tell us what you heat

Send a year of fuel bills, the buildings and the fuel you can get nearby.

2

We size it and quote

Model, fuel handling and what you'd save. About half our systems get a grant, so apply before you order.

3

Built in our shop

Firebox, chain grate stoker and controls, built and wired in Headingley.

4

Shipped and set in

By our crew, or your local contractor with our support.

5

Started and tuned

We fire it up, tune it to your fuel and train your people.

6

Watched from our shop

Remote monitoring, text alerts, and parts on our shelf.

Across North America

200+ systems running

Most of our systems run on the Prairies, in Ontario and in Quebec, with more than 40 in the United States.
